look up /djt/ and follow the JP guide there. A lot of the vocabulary isn’t that advanced, maybe have a separate deck to add sex related words like 四つん這い and add any words you can’t recognize lol. After a year of consistent studying you’ll most definitely get to a point where you can understand like 60-70% of what’s being said. As you delve more and more into niche JP content that’s pretty much your only choice. Learn the language. And you can bust harder nuts if you understand what’s being said lol.
