三人並んで、夕焼けを眺めながらの野点です。
最後に軽く、足回りのマッサージです。



●おふろでホットヨガ!●(R-18)
夜、あったかいお風呂場で、お肉が少し気になる店員さんと、こっそりホットヨガダイエットです。
オイルを全身に塗って、柔らかいマットの上で、
店員さんの指示に従って、色々なポーズをとります。

そのうち、店員さんにいろいろされますが、
じぃっと動かず我慢です。


●おやすみ耳かき●
一日の終り。お風呂上がりにおやすみ耳かきです。
しっとりした秋の声の中、軽くお耳の体操をして、静かに耳かき。
お眠りのためのものですので、あまがみ等はありません。

片耳は膝枕、片耳は添い寝で。
少し気の抜けた店員さんは、お眠りになるまで付き添ってくれます。

●微妙な時間帯!●
夕暮れの微妙な時間帯と、鉄瓶さんの水位のおかげで、
段々と環境音が変わっていきます。
最初は騒がしかった鳥の声も、後半には少し寂しい虫の声に。ちょっとしんみり雰囲気です。
